Below is a compilation of my work in Jeremy Farson's Art class. Enjoy!
To the right is the cover page art for my art portfolio.
I took an image of my dream drum set, traced it and then cut and layered it to match the original image.

This my Abstract Collage, there is no meaning to it, it is simply "Art for Art's Sake"
This is my Representational Collage. It too is abstract and also "Art for Art's Sake"
This is my spirit animal. In class, we were told to take a personality test to determine what our spirit animal is. Mine is a Grizzly Bear. After we discovered our inner selves, we were instructed to make our spirit animal our of recycled materials and paper mache. My final product is on the left.
I am strong, yet sensitive
I wonder if my gas mileage will ever increase
I hear the monster in my little brothers closet
I see its large body constructed of blankets and jackets
I want Buffalo wings with some celery
I am strong, yet sensitive
I pretend I'm on stage in front of thousands of people
I feel weightless when I play drums
I touch the crowd with the lyrics of our songs
I worry that I'll never feel this again
I cry "I wouldn't mind it if we died!"
I am strong, yet sensitive
I understand I have to leave soon
I say I'll see you again
I dream of the stage
I try to keep it together
I hope to see you again

Projected Paintings
The original images that these paintings were based on were projected onto a blank wall space. From there, we taped up some big paper and painted over the images using only the color black. The black was watered down for the grey portions, kind of like a black and grey tattoo.
These are my "Artist Imitations". I chose Luke Chueh, a more morbid, yet kind of adorable artist.
Appropriated Ad
To the left is my subversive slogan for Police Departments across America. I am not identifying any in particular, but still, it happens.
A Wolf in Sheep's Clothing
My painting is a representation of corrupt police officers across the nation. Beneath the cap is somebody completely different than who you thought.
