These are the layers to my Selfie
This is my final draft of my Selfie.
The Selfie Project
In this project, we were required to take a "selfie"(picture of ourselves) and use Adobe Illustrator to draw over our picture and make an illustrated version.
What was your initial thought of the project?
I thought the project was going to be awesome because we were trying something that would not only be cool to do with an online program, but something that's fun to do.
How did you feel about your Selfie and Adobe Illustrator after the first few days?
To be honest, I was nervous. My previous "works of art" aren't that pretty. Not only that, but I've never used Illustrator before. So I can definitely say that I was nervous.
How did you feel about your Selfie and Adobe Illustrator after you were done?
I felt a little better about my Selfie after I was done. There was a lot of hard work that went into this project, and yet, I'm still not happy with it.
What helped you the most in learning how to use Illustrator?
Chris was a huge part of my success in Illustrator. So were some of my other classmates. It turned out to be a lot easier than I thought.
What part of your Selfie are you most proud of? What would you have like to have done better?
I'm most proud of how well the hand and fingers came out. I didn't initially think they would be that great but they are definitely the best part of my Selfie.
What did you like about the project?
I loved the entire project. The mini-lessons from Chris, the work time, and fun that was involved by seeing my peers' Selfies.
How can the project be improved?
I wouldn't change a thing about it.
